A Chavurah (plural: Chavurot) is a group of people—adults, families, couples, or singles—who gather to form a community. The word “chavurah” comes from the Hebrew word “chaver” which means friend. The formation of a chavurah is an opportunity to develop life-long friendships with congregants who have similar interests throughout the year.
Joining or creating a chavurah is a wonderful way to get connected with your Temple Bat Yahm community.
